Villains are the one who make the movie more famous compare to the Heroes. Villains are as important as the superheroes they make the movies complete. I guess without Villains a superhero cannot become or born. Superheroes are made by the Villains.

Obadiah Stane was the first villain in the MCU who was the villain in Iron Man (2008). He was the best friend of the Howard Stark i.e., Father of Tony Stark and after the death of Howard Stark he takeover the whole Stark Industry and become the owner of that company after some time when tony was able to become to owner of that company then he become the CEO of that company and Obadiah Stane become his competition thats why Obadiah Stane wants to kill him and make a Iron monger suit and gives a tough fight to the Tony Stark's Iron Man.

According to the real timeline of the MCU Red Skull was the first Villain and also the part of World War-II and also the founder of the Hydra. He found the Tesseract cube in US and he wants to make powerful weapons from them and wants to use in World War-II which will helps in to rule all over the world but he was not able to do these things and the final battle vs Captain America he teleported in Vormir which we comes to know in Avengers: Infinity War (2018).

He makes many relationships on many planets but on earth his son was born i.e., Peter Quill but the main point is Ego wants to rule on whole universe and he wants the help of Star Lord but when he comes know that Ego put a tumor in his mind then Star Lord wants to kill him and gives a tough fight and the end they killed him.
